Retail Sales Leader & Guest Experience Driver

American Eagle is seeking a proactive Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and drive strong guest experiences. You will lead daily operations, train associates, and celebrate achievements while representing our brand values.

You will maximize sales by boosting productivity on the sales floor and in the fitting room, coach teammates to exceed KPIs, and ensure exceptional service standards throughout the store.
