Retail Sales Advisor

About The Role:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will represent the COCO‑MAT brand and deliver a high-level customer experience, while actively supporting the overall daily operation of the store. This is a hands‑on role that combines sales, customer service, and operational responsibilities, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

• Drive sales and actively contribute to achieving store targets
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Build strong relationships with clients and support customer loyalty
• Handle daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising and store organization
• Manage transactions and cash handling processes accurately
• Support after‑sales activities, including customer follow‑up and issue resolution

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high‑profile clients
• Results‑driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Permanent contract (CDI) with a 2+2 month trial period
• 5‑day work week (8‑hour shifts), within store operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 –19:00), with one day off during the week
