Retail Performance & Profit Controller

• Monitor and analyze key management indicators: margin, operating profit, shrinkage rate, stock turnover, etc.• Optimize store profitability by developing effective management tools: forecast budgets, reporting, etc.• Ensure correct implementation of administrative and management procedures, cash security measures and logistical organization.• Lead and drive action plans developed following national audits to improve store results and customer satisfaction.• Develop the skills and performance of each team member: recruit, train and promote talent.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management or Finance
• Proven first experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to bring colleagues together around performance objectives
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Proactive and able to propose improvements
