Job Title: Retail Media Manager South Europe

The impact you’ll make:
- Drive the South Europe retail media plan across all channels with strong focus on Amazon, ensuring full alignment with the global integrated media strategy.
- Unify integrated retail campaign plans across South Europe for all business categories, creating a cohesive and impactful regional approach.
- Activate on‑ and off‑platform media campaigns using demand‑side platform buying to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Guide agency partners in local markets to elevate ongoing and upcoming campaign performance.
- Ensure that all campaign executions adhere to global media strategies and established playbooks.
- Transform real‑time performance insights into proactive optimization steps, using data to identify opportunities and take action quickly.
- Collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, including sales, marketing, digital, analytics, Amazon leads, and agency partners, to deliver seamless execution and strong business outcomes.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- University degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business or related field.
- Solid experience in digital media, retail media, campaign management, online marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands‑on experience across multiple platforms; Amazon Ads experience is a must, while other retail media platforms (e.g. Criteo), as well as Ad Tech tools such as PacVue, SKAI, and PowerBI are a plus.
- Proven track of record of working with other online retailers in the region is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying principles.
- Cross‑regional media experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish and/or Italian are an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in agile environment, adapt quickly and manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills with experience engaging senior leadership C level retail partners.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
