As a Marketing Officer at Shimano, you will support the team with activities aimed at improving the off- & Online brand visibility of our brands, including our retail concepts, with Shimano Service Center as prime concept ! Along with that your job will also play a proactive role to support sales and marketing and also communication with our customers. Do you have a disciplined & structured way of working? Do you have appetite for innovative ideas and seeking for new (retail) solutions ?# The Challenge

• Manage all retail concepts and support materials (merchandising/POS items)
• Work together across the retail marketing teams to stimulate the exchange of ideas to champion best practice, share opportunities/threats and successes.
• Be the ambassador of retail concepts providing guidance and support to Shimano colleagues and external partners on the concept and its possibilities.
• Monitor the results of the concept implementations in terms of profitability, consistency, opportunities and best practice, via regular field visits. Share with the team.
• Advise retail partners and sales team how the performance can be improved regarding sales promotions, shelf layout, merchandising, assortment and category vision, but also consumer awareness and brand recognition
• Strengthen retail partnerships with our most advanced/strategic customers, at all retail channels (Brick and mortar stores, Internet, OEM)
• Formulate and execute the retail support plan, accounting for budget# What are we looking for?
• 3
• 5 years of experience in a similar job in bike retail and beyond
• Excellent language skills in French and English.
• Working experience with Microsoft applications, good in Power
