Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales manager focusing on the retail industry in the Île-de-France region.
• Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new retail accounts.
• Promote Huawei’s ICT solutions to retail customers in collaboration with partners.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to address customer needs effectively.

Professional Knowledge

• Solid understanding of the retail industry, including its trends, challenges, and key stakeholders.
• Proven experience in the ICT industry, including knowledge of ICT solutions and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with channel sales activities and ecosystem partnerships.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead cross-functional projects.
• Open-minded, innovative, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Business Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the retail or ICT industry. Experience in the retail technology market is preferred.
• A target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire clients.
• Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
• Successful involvement in large ICT infrastructure projects (e.g., more than three deals, each exceeding €1M in value).
