Retail HR Partner, France — People & Store Growth

UNIQLO in Paris seeks a Retail HR Business Partner to support store operations with HR services. You will partner with Store Operations and the HR/Labor Law team to ensure compliant HR practices across the French store population.

You will drive recruitment, training, and employee development while coordinating with EU HR. The role requires a Master’s in HR and strong English/French communication.
