RETAIL ARCHITECT / STORE DESIGNER

The Role
L:A BRUKET is seeking an experienced Architect/ Store Designer to join our Paris creative studio. This role offers an opportunity to lead and contribute to the development of our global retail environments, including flagship stores, shop-in-shops, pop-ups, and visual merchandising projects. As part of a small and agile team, this position is suited to a designer with a strong spatial sensibility, excellent project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of brand expression through physical space.
Working closely with the creative studio, the marketing team, the international sales teams, and external contractors, you will support projects from concept through to execution.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop retail architecture projects including stores, shop-in-shops, and temporary retail activations
- Produce concept presentations, technical drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s spatial identity and visual merchandising systems
- Coordinate with global sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment with commercial objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in beauty retail architecture, interior design, or a related field
- A degree in architecture, interior architecture, or spatial design
- Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual, technical, and conceptual design skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing retail projects from concept through to completion
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish and French is a plus
