Restructuring & Insolvency Partner – High-end Business Law Boutique – Paris

We are exclusively retained by the senior leadership of a fast-growing, independent business law firm in Paris to appoint a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner.

This mid-sized, high-performing boutique is recognised for its ability to guide clients through the legal, regulatory, and commercial complexities of major projects, transactions, and disputes – particularly in the Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Mobility sectors.

The firm’s multidisciplinary platform spans Corporate, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Project Development, ESG, Public Law, Employment, and Commercial Disputes, serving clients nationally and internationally.

As part of its strategic growth plan, the firm is now seeking an accomplished Restructuring & Insolvency specialist to strengthen its transactional practice. You will bring proven expertise across advisory, transactional and contentious matters – covering voluntary and judicial proceedings, operational and financial restructurings, and distressed M&A.

While a strong business‑development track record and established client following are expected, the firm offers a highly collaborative environment with significant internal referral opportunities. Ambitious Counsel-level candidates with a developing practice and limited progression prospects in their current firm are also encouraged to apply.
