Role Description The Restaurant General Manager at Steak 'n Shake International - Europe is a full-time, on-site role based in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France. This role oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, service execution, and adherence to brand standards. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance. • Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting.
• Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Experience in Hiring, training, and leading diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets, optimize workflows, and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role; international or franchise experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. xzewmjt
• Proficiency in French and working knowledge of English or another European language preferred.
