We are looking for a Responsable Véhicules d’Occasion H/F to lead the used‑vehicle activity for the IDF licence. With six sites south of Paris and a dedicated Preparation Centre, the licence handles around 1500 used vehicles. The role is based at the Group’s headquarters, reporting to the Direction Commerciale VN/VO, and offers real growth prospects for those who want to build a significant VO business within a large, ambitious group.

Vos Missions

• Deploy and run the commercial plan for VO in the IDF licence;
• Define sales forecasts, pricing strategy and commercial actions;
• Lead the VO activity, financing and peripheral products;
• Optimize profitability: margins, take‑overs, stock management and rotation, product mix quality;
• Coordinate with local VN/VO managers to coach and up‑skill commercial teams;
• Lead commercial meetings, track KPIs and unite teams around performance and customer satisfaction;
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and manufacturer standards;
• Provide accurate reporting to the VO Direction;
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the activity and VO development projects.
