Maintenance

• Pilot, animate and control preventive and curative maintenance activities of the airport platform (high/low voltage electricity, HVAC, security equipment, SSI, signage, video protection, clos and covered…): organize the smooth running of operations while minimizing risks on people and goods while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Manage all maintenance contracts in coordination with the service managers (SSLIA, AFIS and Operations Manager).
• Supervision of stock management.
• Analyze incidents and dysfunctions and implement appropriate actions to optimize the operation of installations and associated services.

Works and Investment

• Pilot, animate and control investments linked to works: conduct design studies, consultation and award of companies, work follow-up, reception operations.
• In collaboration with the Operations Manager on the follow-up of real estate development projects and major platform investments: support in preliminary and design studies, follow-up of calls for expressions of interest; follow-up of the design/realization award process, promotion/investor, allotments; organizational and communication relay.

Environmental

• Support the Operations Manager for maintaining and improving the obtained labels.
• Active participation for monitoring and reducing energy expenses.
• Regulatory watch.

Financial Management

• Participate in the operating budget linked to preventive and curative maintenance and works, ensure its execution, propose and implement necessary measures for its mastery.
• Define and follow the multi-annual investment forecast plans as well as the multi-annual Gross Maintenance and Renewal plans.

Vous êtes idéalement titulaire d’un niveau BAC+5 avec 3 ans d’expérience dans les domaines techniques bâtimentaires ou d’un niveau BAC+2 avec 8 ans d’expérience dans les domaines précités ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.

Vous faites preuve de polyvalence, de réactivité et de disponibilité.

Vous êtes autonome et pouvez rendre compte en tant que représentant de l’aéroport, de sa politique et de son image auprès des différents interlocuteurs.

Vous suivez les évolutions relatives à votre domaine de compétence, à la réglementation applicable, et adaptez vos compétences et connaissances.

Vous avez des capacités de négociations, d’analyse et de synthèse.

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques Pack Office, AutoCAD, niveau d’anglais B1 souhaitable.
