Why these roles exist:
As a Regional Pricing Leader (Europe or Americas) , you will play a critical role in embedding pricing as a core capability and cultural DNA within the Saverglass commercial organization.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between central strategy and field execution by monitoring performance, challenging regional sales teams to protect business value, and deploying modern pricing methodologies across your respective zone.
Pricing Responsibilities
- Pricing Performance & Insights: Monitor price performance across customers, segments, and deals, build impactful dashboards, and identify margin growth opportunities.
- Sales Enablement & Price Defense: Equip regional sales teams with data-driven negotiation support and ensure the active adoption of our global commercial policy.
- Pricing Transformation Deployment: Roll out advanced pricing methodologies and tools directly in the field, leading change management and training initiatives.
- Governance & Data Excellence: Ensure the strict execution of established pricing rules, optimize pricing processes, and safeguard regional data quality.
Network of Interactions: You will collaborate closely with Sales, Central Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and key external customers.
Qualifications & Experience required
- Education: Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of solid experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or a closely related analytical field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel wizard, comfortable with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and ERP/CPQ environments.
- Behavioral Skills: Strong stakeholder management, top-tier communication skills, resilience, and the ability to drive change in an international environment.
