Oversee the full lifecycle of software subscriptions and licenses across the group, ensure convergence and rationalization of solutions, guarantee compliance and financial control, and bring together all stakeholders (BU CTOs, Procurement, Group IT, Architecture).

The Responsable Software Asset Management reports to the Group Purchasing Director.**Key Responsibilities**

• License Lifecycle Management: Centralize, renew, optimize, and decommission subscriptions and licenses across the entire Edenred scope.
• Inventory and Monitoring: Implement an automated and dynamic inventory of software assets (SAM tools, inventory, usage reporting), closely monitor usage to anticipate overages.
• Software Consolidation and Convergence: Actively promote application portfolio rationalization with BU CTOs/IT, identify and support shared solutions.
• Compliance and Audits: Manage contractual compliance (contracts, usage adherence), prepare for internal and vendor audits, handle risks related to overuse or discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Analyze subscription and maintenance costs, propose and track optimization opportunities, produce regular reports for Procurement and IT management.
• Coordination and Engagement: Organize regular meetings with BU CTOs/IT, lead SAM workshops and follow-up meetings, coordinate the actions of the two team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Structure, document, and enhance SAM processes, contribute to the implementation of centralized tools and repositories.**WE VIBE WITH YOU****PROFILE****Skills and Experiences**
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a SAM role within a multi-BU/multi-country environment.
• Strong proficiency with SAM tools (Snow, Service

Now, Flexera or equivalent), advanced Excel/Power BI skills.* Excellent understanding of major licensing models (especially Saa

S).

• Ability to lead a small team, engage and challenge BU CTOs/IT.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, financial analysis capabilities, autonomy, and ability to document and promote SAM culture.
• Professional English required (meetings, communication, international coordination).**Soft Skills**
