About the Role

Responsable du Département Service Coordination et Support Commercial – Domaine Nucléaire F/H. Poste basé à Mulhouse – Contrat CDI.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination – Act as vigie, coordinate all activities of tender calls (from Appel à manifestation d’intérêt to order entry), organise engagement committees NUC and Comité des Risques, participate in Go-No Go reviews and engagement committees.
• Support – Lead a team of about ten multidisciplinary collaborators (chargés d’études de prix, chefs de projet, assistantes), monitor tender releases on different procurement platforms, support offer holders in prequalification dossier, perform cost expertise, administer costing tools, methods, and instruction processes.
• Control – Enforce the commercial process and new Affaire reference, maintain and track commercial information on ongoing and targeted tenders, validate forecasted order entries.
• Animation – Animate commercial meetings (consolidation, progress of tenders, opportunity sharing), animate the pricing team and the network of price study officers, present monthly commercial synthesis to the works council (CSE), conduct REX meetings on lost tenders, monitor performance indicators of the commercial process.

Candidate Profile

Education: Higher education in electrical engineering (or equivalent), with solid technical, commercial and managerial skills.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar or related function, ideally acquired in the nuclear or energy production sector.

Skills: Excellent analytical and synthesis ability, strong written and oral communication, effective time and priority management, managerial competence, good level of English required.
