About the Company

SICODIS is the transformation and commercialization subsidiary of the Agriculture Cooperative. SICOLY brings together a hundred fruit producers from the Monts and Coteaux du Lyonnais. The cooperative group SICOLY‑SICODIS positions itself as one of the leading French operators in fresh fruit production and as an essential supplier for pastry professionals, catering, ice‑cream and bartenders, offering a complete range of frozen and processed fruits.

Position

Our main missions are:

• Product development (search for raw materials, formulation).
• Interface for production of developed products.
• Organization of comparative tests with competing products.
• Maintaining a link with external professionals to bring creativity.
• Working with our clients’ R&D services to develop specific products.

Profile

• Higher education in Agro‑food R&D with 3‑4 years’ experience. Significant experience in industrialization is required.
• Team management.
• Proficiency with IT tools and software, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, rigorous, motivated, a pro‑active contributor who adapts and works well in a team.
