RESPONSABLE QH3SE H/F 1

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the QHSSE Region Manager and in collaboration with the QHSSE Department, he is responsible for implementing the management system, adapting it locally and checking its suitability with operating constraints and customer requirements. He is a local organizer in all these areas.

General Mission

He ensures that the company's requirements and best practices are applied and informs his superiors of any shortcomings and abnormal situations.

Mission

• He is responsible for supporting local actors in the implementation of the management system (processes, procedures, etc.) and for ensuring their application.
• He trains staff to understand the requirements of the system and its tools: documentation, intranet, etc.
• He coordinates, in collaboration with the operational services, the drafting of the documentation necessary for the operation of the site and ensures its permanent adequacy.
• It defines the local rules for the control of documentation.
• He is able to analyze the dysfunctions observed and make an accurate report.
• He participates in the definition of corrective and preventive actions and is responsible for their follow-up.
• He prepares, participates and monitors the follow-up of audits carried out on the site.

Quality

• He regularly and permanently checks the level of conformity of the services with the specifications and the client's requirements.
• It determines the local method of processing customer complaints and oversees its implementation.
• He must inform the Site Director and the QHSSE Regional Manager of any anomaly detected that could jeopardize the quality of the products, the service and the working environment.

Environment

• He monitors the application of environmental regulations and helps to implement solutions compatible with these regulations.
• It shares and offers technically favorable solutions to environmental policy.
• He drives awareness of environmental issues on his site.

QHSSE Facilitator

• Concerning installations, materials and equipment and in general, it ensures the application of safety, hygiene and security rules on the site (s) within its perimeter.
