Under the hierarchical responsibility of the QHSSE Region Manager and in collaboration with the QHSSE Department, the role is responsible for implementing the management system, adapting it locally and ensuring its suitability with operating constraints and customer requirements. The candidate is a local organizer in all these areas.

GENERAL MISSION

He ensures that the company's requirements and best practices are applied and informs his superiors of any shortcomings and abnormal situations.

MISSIONS

• Responsible for supporting local actors in the implementation of the management system (processes, procedures, etc.) and for ensuring their application.
• Train staff to understand the requirements of the system and its tools: documentation, intranet, etc.
• Coordinate, in collaboration with the operational services, the drafting of the documentation necessary for the operation of the site and ensure its permanent adequacy.
• Define the local rules for the control of documentation.
• Analyze observed dysfunctions and make an accurate report.
• Participate in defining corrective and preventive actions and be responsible for their follow-up.
• Prepare, participate and monitor the follow-up of audits carried out on the site.

QUALITY

• Regularly and permanently check the level of conformity of services with specifications and the client's requirements.
• Determine the local method of processing customer complaints and oversee its implementation.
• Inform the Site Director and the QHSSE Regional Manager of any anomaly detected that could jeopardize the quality of the products, the service and the working environment.

ENVIRONMENT

• Monitor the application of environmental regulations and help to implement solutions compatible with these regulations.
• Share and offer technically favorable solutions to environmental policy.
• Drive awareness of environmental issues on the site.

QHSSE FACILITATOR

• Ensure the application of safety, hygiene and security rules on the site within its perimeter.
