Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and monitor the execution of one or more programmes to ensure the achievement of defined technical, economic and contractual objectives.
- Unify and animate a cross‑disciplinary programme team, including technical, industrial, procurement, quality and support professionals.
- Maintain client relationships and their satisfaction throughout all aspects of the programme, from design to delivery.
- Manage budget monitoring, analyse economic profitability and drive the P & L of the programme(s) entrusted.
- Anticipate, evaluate and control risks by implementing corrective actions.
- Contribute to tender responses, to activity growth and to promoting innovative solutions with clients and partners.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, respect deadlines and overall programme performance.
- Interact transversally with all stakeholders: internal teams (engineering, production, finance, legal, …) and external parties (clients, suppliers, institutional partners).

Qualifications
- Higher education (engineering, project management, electronics, industry or equivalent).
- A project‑management certification is a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in programme management, cross‑operational mission coordination or industrial/technical environment, preferably in the defence sector.
- Depending on the scope, the position is open to experienced professionals or motivated beginners for complex project management.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of project‑management tools, budget monitoring and performance indicators.
- Very good knowledge of office tools (Office suite).
- Professional English skills.
- Awareness of quality, safety, cost and deadline challenges.
