Rattaché(e) au Directeur Supply Chain Régional, nous recherchons un Responsable Processus & Risques (H/F) au sein de l'équipe de direction régionale de la supply chain. Vous piloterez une équipe d'environ 5 personnes et serez responsable de l'amélioration des performances, de la résilience et de l'intelligence de la fonction supply chain régionale, à travers l'excellence des processus, la gestion des données et la gestion des risques. Vous collaborerez fonctionnellement avec les départements sourcing stratégique, achats, logistique et douanes, achats indirect. Dans le contexte de la transformation digitale, vous piloterez la transformation des processus et des outils pour la fonction supply chain. Vous impulserez la standardisation et l'amélioration continue des processus supply chain, et mettrez en place un cadre robuste de gestion des risques, garantissant la continuité des livraisons projets et la pérennité des relations fournisseurs.
Job Description Summary (English)
As Process & Risk Manager reporting to the region Supply Chain Leader, you will join the regional supply chain leadership team, lead a team of about 4-5 individuals and be responsible for elevating the performance, resilience, and intelligence of the regional supply chain function through process excellence, data management and risk management. You will work with your peers across four functional pillars: strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics and customs, indirect supply chain. In the context of digital transformation, you will lead the process & tools transformation for the supply chain function. You will drive standardization and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and establish and embed a robust risk management framework that safeguards project delivery and supplier continuity.
Main Missions
Process Excellence
Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes, from sourcing and procurement through to logistics and delivery. Develop and maintain a regional Supply Chain Process Handbook, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements. Apply Lean and equivalent methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve on‑time delivery performance. Champion a culture of operational excellence, coaching teams on process discipline and structured problem‑solving. Collaborate with Project Management, Services, Finance, and Operations to align supply chain processes with project execution requirements. Define, track, and report on supply chain KPIs, ensuring meaningful visibility for senior leadership.
Data Management
Own the regional supply chain data strategy, including master data governance, data quality standards, and reporting architecture. Oversee the integrity and accuracy of supply chain data within ERP, procurement, and logistics platforms. Establish data governance policies. Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support operational decision‑making and executive reporting. Drive the adoption of data analytics and, where applicable, AI‑assisted tools to enhance demand forecasting, supplier performance analysis, and spend intelligence. Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to assess and implement technology solutions that strengthen supply chain data capabilities.
Risk Management
Develop and implement a Regional Supply Chain Risk Management Framework, covering supplier risk, geopolitical risk, logistics risk, compliance risk, and project delivery risk. Develop a live Supply Chain Risk & Opportunities (R&O) Register connected with Projects R&O Registers, ensuring risks are identified, quantified, owned, and actively mitigated. Develop and test business continuity and supply chain resilience plans for critical categories and key project milestones. Monitor external risk signals (commodity markets, supplier financial health, regulatory changes, geopolitical developments) and communicate emerging risks proactively. Ensure supplier due diligence processes address ESG, sanctions, and compliance risks in line with company policy.
Buy‑to‑Pay Process
Be responsible for the Buy‑to‑Pay process for the region, including supplier invoice processing. Drive process and tools improvement to increase share of invoices processed automatically through 3‑way match; minimize past due invoices. Implement digitalization projects (e‑invoicing/e‑reporting) across the entities of the region.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to the Regional Head of Supply Chain and project leadership on matters of process, data, and risk. Engage cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, EHS, Projects, and Services to ensure an integrated approach to supply chain governance. Represent the regional supply chain in global process and risk forums.

- Communication: Presents complex supply chain information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within a large, complex organization.
- International mobility.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, SixSigma, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain data tools; experience with BI/analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in supply chain risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Experience operating in a multi‑national, project‑based environment (industrial, energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors preferred).
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in French advantageous.
- Ideally, experience with digital transformation or ERP implementation projects in a supply chain context.
