Responsable paie H/F : La Roche sur Yon / CDI - Statut Cadre / Temps plein / 30K - 45K€ selon profil

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of a team of 3 people
  • Management of a payroll portfolio of around 150 payrolls/month
  • Integration of employees: collection of contractual information, creation of employee files, entry of payroll variables
  • Preparation of payroll vouchers and monthly social declarations (URSSAF, DSN, DPAE, etc.)
  • Management of absences and leaves: tracking paid leaves, sick leave, RTT, overtime
  • In-service evolution: contract modifications, promotions, wage increases, tracking social benefits
  • Employee exit: preparation of final settlements, work certificates, unemployment insurance certificates, end of contract declarations
  • Advising clients on social and payroll matters
  • Participation in process improvement and payroll digitalization
  • Autonomous management of the portfolio and full responsibilities
  • Management of the payroll team
  • Direct collaboration with management and clients

Qualifications

Formation en paie ou ressources humaines (Bachelor +2/+3 minimum: Titre/BTS/DUT Gestion de la paie, Licence RH, Master).

Significant experience in full payroll management in an accounting firm.

Experience in management and team support.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of social legislation and mandatory declarations
  • Mastery of payroll software such as Sage, Cegid, ADP, Silae
  • Ability to advise clients and optimize processes

Salary
