Responsable Paie & Administration RH — Leader d’équipe

Hermès is looking for a Responsable Paie based in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais. This role involves managing a team of 17 payroll managers and ensuring the quality and timeliness of payroll processing for approximately 7500 employees.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience and a higher education degree, alongside strong organizational skills and a commitment to service excellence. A solid knowledge of ADP and proficiency in Excel are essential.
