Missions

• Organiser, développer la zone d'exploitation dans son expansion

• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes liées aux robots sur site

• Manager et coordonner les techniciens opérationnels sur le terrain

• Assurer le bon déroulement des phases de test, validation et collecte de données

• Coordonner les activités terrain avec les équipes Robotics, Software et Hardware

• Identifier, remonter et suivre les incidents observés sur le terrain

• Participer à l’analyse des performances et comportements robots

• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des opérations et des processus terrain

• Assurer le suivi des KPIs opérationnels et de la qualité des données collectées

• Participer à la préparation, l’installation et l’exploitation des plateformes robotiques

Profil

• Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en management opérationnel ou d'une école d'ingénieur généraliste

• Expérience en opérations terrain, logistique, production ou environnement technique, idéalement 3-4 ans

• Forte capacité d’organisation et de coordination opérationnelle

• Approche terrain et orientée résolution de problèmes

• Intérêt pour les systèmes robotiques et les environnements techniques

• Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler avec des équipes techniques et opérationnelles

• Esprit pragmatique, rigoureux et orienté exécution et excellence opérationnelle

As a Robotics Operations Manager at Marso Robotics, you will oversee on-site operations related to robots used for development, testing, validation and data collection activities.

You will set up and scale the robotic warehouse operations area, recruit and manage a team of operational technicians and ensure the smooth execution of all on-site activities. You will work closely with the Engineering and Delivery teams to test, report and improve robot performance in real warehouse operating conditions.

Through this role, you will directly contribute to the development of the Marso product and its operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop and scale the operational warehouse area

• Supervise day-to-day robot operations on site

• Manage and coordinate operational technicians in the field

• Ensure the proper execution of testing, validation and data collection phases

• Coordinate field activities with Robotics, Software and Hardware teams

• Identify, report and follow up on issues observed during operations

• Contribute to robot performance and behavior analysis

• Drive continuous improvement of field operations and operational processes

• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure the quality of collected data

• Support the preparation, installation and operation of robotic platforms

Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in operational management or an engineering degree

• Experience in field operations, logistics, production or technical environments, ideally 3-4 years

• Strong organizational and operational coordination skills

• Hands-on and problem-solving mindset

• Interest in robotic systems and technical environments

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with both technical and operational teams

• Pragmatic, rigorous and execution-oriented approach with a strong focus on operational excellence
