Position Overview

Logistics Manager – Evolis Beaucouzé, France. The role reports to the Senior Fulfillment Manager and oversees all logistics activities at the headquarters, leading a team of 13 employees including a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the France logistics team.
• Organize and oversee the team’s daily activities.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new hires with support from HR.
• Coordinate activities with international logistics teams.
• Supervise stock and inventory management for components and finished products.
• Optimize physical flows and storage space.
• Ensure service levels and implement related action plans.
• Adapt receiving and shipping activities/processes when unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Implement Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, lead times, and costs.
• Participate in weekly production plan reviews.
• Contribute to international projects.
• Collaborate directly with the plastics workshop, production, sales administration, scheduling, quality, purchasing, and international suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of front‑line management experience, or Master’s degree in industrial engineering or logistics (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of team management experience in logistics or industrial operations.
• Comfortable with Lean Management principles.
• In-depth knowledge of an ERP system.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical skills and well‑organized.
• Team‑oriented and eager to contribute to a growing company.

Occasional travel to overseas sites may be required.
