Responsabilités

• Managed and animated the team: work organization, personnel management, load optimisation.
• Ensured application of safety and quality rules on the workshop.
• Guaranteed scheduling, stock reliability and economic performance.
• Led continuous improvement actions (time, cycles, productivity).
• Coordinated interventions of functional services (maintenance, logistics, mechanics).
• Managed non-conformities and led problem resolution.
• Served as the liaison for industrialisation of new products or process modifications.

Profil recherché

• Education: Bac2 to Bac3 in production technology, mechanical engineering, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of significant experience in team management and continuous improvement.
• Personal qualities: Good interpersonal skills and communication; organisation, rigor, autonomy and responsiveness; strong inclination for management and teamwork.

Compétences clés

• Mastery of production tools and Lean methods.
• Capability to pilot performance indicators and run improvement projects.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards.
