About the Role

You will orchestrate exceptional events combining creativity, precision, and operational excellence to deliver truly unforgettable experiences. As a trusted partner to your clients, you will lead each project from concept to execution while contributing to the reputation and commercial success of one of the world’s leading luxury hotels.

What You Will Do

• You will manage the full sales cycle of events, from inquiry qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• You will design bespoke experiences aligned with client expectations while maximizing revenue and profitability.
• You will lead the planning and execution of events in close collaboration with all hotel departments (Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, Engineering).
• You will ensure flawless operational delivery on‑site, maintaining a strong presence and building lasting client relationships.
• You will oversee all event documentation (BEOs, contracts, billing, deposits) with precision and compliance with Four Seasons standards.
• You will apply strategic pricing and yield management principles to optimize business performance.
• You will actively contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client loyalty.
• You will analyze performance metrics (forecasting, reporting, market trends) to support strategic decisions.
• You will bring creativity and innovation to event concepts, enhancing the hotel’s positioning in the luxury market.
• You will mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• You have proven experience in event management within luxury hospitality or a premium environment.
• You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a guest‑centric mindset.
• You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple high‑profile projects simultaneously.
• You communicate fluently in both French and English, written and spoken.
• You are proficient with hotel systems and tools (Opera and Golden Sales knowledge are a plus).
