Role
As Head of Document Management Project Leads, you will be at the heart of our Engineering Organization, ensuring seamless execution of Document Management (DMgt) processes across all product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high‑performing DMgt team, fostering ongoing improvement and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance and quality of design (internal and supply‑chain) and adherence to corporate processes.
- Promote best practices and innovation in DMgt across cross‑functional organizations.
- Oversee deployment of DMgt methodologies, aligning them with project objectives and client expectations.
- Track workload, team and project performance, identifying and mitigating deviation risks.
- Control DMgt tool access, ensuring maintenance and effective use.
- Train and integrate new team members to master DMgt processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Project Managers, Engineering Leads, Procurement, Quality) to embed DMgt into project plans.
- Foster a collaborative environment for process alignment and continuous improvement of DMgt processes.
- Ensure rapid project execution and proactive risk mitigation related to performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or sciences.
- Solid experience in project document management, preferably in power production.
- Experience in nuclear power production is a major advantage.
- Knowledge of IT interfaces and tool improvement.
- Quality certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Green/Black Belt, Lean Yellow Belt).
