As part of our development and our commitment to responsible practices, we are seeking our future Environmental Engagement and Decarbonation Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
The Environmental Engagement and Decarbonation Manager will coordinate and animate the teams and representatives across subsidiaries to deploy a cultural shift towards environmental responsibility within the Group. Key responsibilities include:
- Define and evolve the decarbonation and environmental commitments strategy, adapting it by sector.
- Deploy the decarbonation strategy through project management of priority initiatives.
- Enhance our environmental reporting and integrate environmental commitments into our offerings to differentiate ourselves.
- Establish and monitor indicators to measure our environmental footprint reduction and decarbonation efforts.
- Communicate internally and externally about our environmental commitments and decarbonation initiatives.
- Lead sector-specific teams on environmental commitments and decarbonation topics.
- Ensure coherence between the CSR policy set by the Executive Committee and its implementation.
- Audit actions taken and propose continuous improvement strategies.
- Develop and update the Group's sustainability report (CSRD).
Candidate Profile
Graduated with a Bac+5 from an engineering school specializing in Construction or Environment, with 5 to 10 years of experience in CSR. Passionate about environmental issues, capable of leading strategic projects, organized, rigorous, curious, and quick to understand new subjects. Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive, and able to rally teams. A genuine interest in the construction sector and a desire to join a dynamic, innovative team.
