Responsable du Service Intégration Fonctionnelle H/F

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15‑20 functional integrators.
• Lead and pilot MCTO (Technico‑operational maintenance) activities for programs.
• Develop service activities in innovative domains and digital technologies.
• Ensure skill development of the team.
• Interface with internal operational actors and external clients (SSF, DGA, Final Client).

Qualifications

• Bac +5 degree with at least 10 years of experience in functional integration and system qualification of major software systems.
• Technical knowledge of Functional Integration of Combat Systems, CMS, architecture and engineering of the Combat System.
• Ability to manage a team of experienced engineers.
• Innovative mindset and change‑management skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and rigorous skills.
• Excellent relational and listening abilities to work in team and independently.
• Curious, proactive, and fully engaged in projects.
