Description Mission

The role requires overseeing the admissions sector, coordinating with hospital teams, and ensuring efficient staffing and patient flow management.

Encadrement des admissionnistes

  • Coordinated a team of about thirty agents across seven reception points, creating schedules, monitoring work time, and managing absenteeism.
  • Acted as liaison between the various reception points, conveying information to teams.
  • Supervised patient flows daily to adjust staffing levels per point of reception.
  • Welcomed new employees, ensured adherence to procedures, and supervised training compliance.

Suivi des effectifs

  • Monitored actual staffing levels relative to theoretical counts for the admissions and billing services.
  • Tracked contract dates, work quotients, and workplace location for each agent.
  • Managed absences across the service.

Fonctionnement en binôme

  • Collaborated with the responsible for identification, movement, claim, and content teams during peak activity periods, school holidays, and staff absences.
  • Provided reciprocal support to ensure continuity of services.

Mission transversale

  • Participated in SAF project planning and implementation, engaging throughout the billing chain.
  • Acted as a proposer for integrating admission staff into patient file management.
  • Coordinated logistical requests across the service.
  • Served as deputy manager when required.

Profil recherché

Compétences et connaissances requises

  • Proficient in GAM, Business Objects, and office productivity tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the billing chain, public accounting, and administrative, economic, and financial management.
  • Management experience.
  • Understanding of hospital system operations and environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Knowledge of the internal organization of the institution.

Savoir être

  • Capability to work cooperatively with SAF teams, medical, paramedical, IT, and administrative staff.
  • Rigour and organisational abilities for schedule creation.
  • High relational quality.
