As part of an international project currently in execution , we are looking for a Project Cost Controller to strengthen the Project Controls team.

Your mission with us

Position: Project Cost Controller

Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI)

Environment: International & multicultural project

As an agap2 consultant , you will join a project in execution phase and work within the Cost Control / Project Controls team , reporting operationally to the Project Cost Control Manager .

You will play a key role in ensuring cost control, financial monitoring and overall project profitability .

Your main responsibilities

• Estimate the Estimate at Completion (EAC) for complex projects
• Develop, update and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the project
• Set up and apply Cost Control procedures
• Implement and use in-house digital cost control solutions
• Estimate quantities, costs, forecasts and expected outcomes
• Support the Risk Manager in preparing Quantitative Risk Analysis
• Validate commitments and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices
• Support Project Managers in optimizing budgeted margins
• Prepare and follow up change orders, variations and claims
• Support the Cost Control Manager in preparing:
  • Monthly Project Management Reviews (PMR)
  • External client cost and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with Cost Control & Project Controls standards

You are the ideal candidate if…

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• You have 4 to 8 years of experience in Cost Control / Project Controls
• You have confirmed experience in industrial project environments
• Experience in Engineering & Construction projects is a strong plus
• You are familiar with budgeting, forecasting, EAC and cost reporting
• You are rigorous, analytical and solution-oriented
• You have strong problem-solving and synthesis skills
• You are comfortable working in multicultural project teams
• You can interact effectively with various project stakeholders
• You have professional proficiency in English (written & spoken)
• A strong digital mindset is appreciated
