Responsable Domain Applicatif H/F

Responsibilities

• Pilot and structure the Back Office application domain (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Planning).
• Manage the existing Back Office application portfolio: ERP, SIRH, Inventory & Planning, EPM.
• Animate the medium‑ and long‑term application roadmap in alignment with business objectives and Group ambitions.
• Handle run operations: incident monitoring, request handling, implementation of corrective and regulatory updates.
• Support major IT transformation projects, including:
  • Integration of a new PLM solution
  • Deployment of a new EPM (e.g., Anaplan)
  • Redesign of the Group ERP by 2026
  • Process improvement initiatives
• Structure governance processes and interactions with business units.
• Ensure data quality, integrity of inter‑application flows, and functional documentation.
• Provide regular reporting on domain KPIs (costs, timelines, business satisfaction).
• Lead a mixed team of 3 internal functional experts and 3 external providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent.
• Similar experience in a corporation or consulting firm, with extensive exposure to ERP and business application environments.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, and Supply Chain processes and an understanding of business stakes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects, rally teams, and manage suppliers.
• High sensitivity to quality, continuous improvement, and internal user satisfaction.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
