L&D Manager

Non‑exclusive, Fixed‑Term contract at Pluxee. The role involves deploying learning and development initiatives that support business priorities, employee growth, capability building, and performance improvement across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Align global Talent & Development strategy with local and functional needs.
• Manage the annual learning plan, coordinate learning programs and support learning system usage.
• Track participation, completion and effectiveness of learning activities.
• Build and sustain a culture of continuous development inside the company.
• Oversee or coordinate L&D analysts, learning coordinators, trainers, vendors and local contributors.
• Develop and implement talent management actions: people reviews, performance analysis, succession planning and development plans.
• Design and lead competency development actions, mentoring, coaching and other talent development tools.
• Plan and manage internal mobility, career pathways and GEPP initiatives.
• Own the onboarding programme and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Lead cross‑functional HR projects such as performance management, process revision, digital transformation of HR, and organisational culture change.
• Support Employer Brand activities related to talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
• Conduct engagement surveys, develop action plans and track relevant indicators.
• Analyse HR data to provide data‑driven recommendations for talent development and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Social Law or equivalent.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in HR, with proven expertise in HR projects and talent development.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools (SIRH, training management, etc.) and performance management techniques.
• Excellent communication, relational skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical, synthesising and proactive with a strong sense of organisation.
