Role Overview
The role involves being fully responsible for the sales business of RABE agricultural machinery products in the French market, achieving annual sales, payment collection, and channel expansion targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local distributors, agricultural machinery cooperatives, and direct customers from large farms in France, and conduct regular offline visits and negotiations.
- Interface with the product and marketing teams at headquarters (Germany), and synchronize market demands, competing product dynamics, and customer feedback in the French market.
- Plan market promotion activities such as regional agricultural machinery exhibitions, field demonstrations, and dealer training to enhance brand exposure.
- Develop regional sales quotations and commercial contracts, follow up on the entire order process, and coordinate with after-sales and delivery teams to ensure customer delivery.
- Regularly produce sales reports and market analysis reports, and plan annual channel development and customer maintenance programs.
- Handle customer business objections, price negotiations, build long‑term stable cooperative relationships, and maintain the brand reputation of RABE.
