Job Summary
HR Business Partner – Operations (Castres, France). Responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives across the Quality, Operations, Supply, and Manufacturing functions. Acts as a trusted advisor to managers, driving talent development, engagement, and organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute HR strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate transformations and organizational change initiatives.
- Develop talent pipelines and career paths for the operations portfolio.
- Drive employee engagement and sustain a high-performance culture.
- Lead social dialogue and manage relationships with employee representatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (M2) in human resources, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner in a large group.
- Demonstrated experience supporting transformation and change management projects.
- Mandatory experience working in a production plant environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and develop talent.
- Proven pragmatism, effective communication across all hierarchical levels, and a keen interest in the industrial sector.
- Ideally holds prior experience in social dialog and negotiation.
