Description

As HR Manager for France & Monaco, you will be the primary HR point of contact for the close to 400 passionate Juicers and Store Managers across our 20 stores. You will be a hands‑on, field‑close HR partner combining operational rigor with a genuine love of people and culture.

Reporting

You report directly to the Market Manager for France and to the Head of People Mid‑EU and Head of HR for Mid‑EU, all based at our Paris headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment – monitor and anticipate recruitment needs; run end‑to‑end recruitment processes; draft employment contracts; complete declarations to social security organisations.
  • Onboarding – oversee onboarding of new Juicers and Store Managers; support Store Managers in integrating new hires; monitor and follow up on probationary periods.
  • Lifecycle Management – manage administrative tasks and maintain personnel files; handle sick leave and absence management; prepare payroll information and coordinate with the payroll provider; support Store Managers with day‑to‑day HR questions; monitor training plans and support employee development; manage disciplinary matters; own the full off‑boarding process.
  • Miscellaneous Projects – contribute to and maintain the HR Handbook; support and coordinate the Works Council (CSE); monitor performance and compliance indicators; develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of HR generalist experience with full employee lifecycle exposure.
  • Previous HR management of 200‑500 employees across multiple sites.
  • Background in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or other fast‑paced consumer‑facing environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Solid working knowledge of French labour law, including CSE, disciplinary procedures, and employment contracts.
  • Strong organisational, collaborative, service‑oriented, prioritisation, positive attitude, detail‑oriented, operationally grounded skills.
