Experience: 5 to 10 years in project management, MOA/AMOA, organisation, process.
Education: Bac +5 in organisation, project management, engineering or information systems.

Work Environment
As a Process and Tools Projects Manager for the Distribution, you will join the Process & Tools team under the Distribution Management & Support Direction. The team transforms operational needs into concrete projects to deliver efficient processes and tools for distribution networks and commercial support.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse internal and external client needs for new or major redesign projects.
- Formalise requirements and contribute to specifications in collaboration with MOA.
- Act as interface between business, MOA and technical teams.
- Participate actively in project steering and operational meetings (schedule, budget, quality).
- Prioritise requests to ensure global coherence and cost control.
- Lead and coordinate tool deployment in the assigned scope.
- Track incidents, propose continuous improvements of tools, processes and methods.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators.
- Provide progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Participate, where appropriate, in tool acceptance testing phases.
Qualifications
- Successful prior experience in project management, organisation or MOA/AMOA.
- Technical appetite and understanding of IT issues (tools, flows, API, functional architectures) and processes (operational excellence, end‑to‑end journey).
- Resourceful, dynamic, capable of driving the pace of projects.
- Enjoys varied, evolving topics.
- Strong mediation skills, able to create buy‑in and advance initiatives.
- Recognised for organisational skill, rigour and analytical mindset.
- Client‑centric attitude, solution orientation and continuous improvement focus.
