MISSIONS: – Design, build, and validate batch processes on scheduled or unscheduled distributed systems – Manage and edit batch standards and methods – Handle batch incidents submitted by Batch Management, development teams, the control tower, etc. – Participate in reviews and production deployments of these processes (Integration) – Provide support for management and planning related to batch builds – Perform special processes on request – Ensure communication related to the work with our internal users and external clients – Participate in the continuous improvement of the team's operational processes

• Proficiency with CONTROL'M and $Univers schedulers Good knowledge of Windows, Unix/Linux, and $Universe environments, and of IT production. Knowledge of CA7 JCL and the Mainframe environment would be beneficial for other departmental tasks. Familiarity with JIRA and Service
