Within the Group ODDO BHF Information Systems Department, you will report to the Head of IT Governance Paris, who is responsible for IT governance at ODDO BHF SCA. In this role, you will contribute to:
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with IT regulatory requirements.
- Managing the IT risk framework in line with the Group’s risk appetite.
- Continuously improving the IT operating model to support the bank’s digital transformation.
You will act as a key liaison between IT teams and business teams on all matters related to IT risk and IT governance.
This position combines communication, coordination, reporting, and documentation in an international environment.
- Support and assist internal and external auditors during IT audit assignments.
- Following the completion of IT audit missions, ensure regular follow-up of audit recommendations by coordinating stakeholders and driving the timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain the existing IT governance and IT risk management framework (strategies, processes, policies, and procedures) in line with internal and external requirements and proactively identify opportunities for improvement based on relevant standards and frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO, etc.).
- Work closely with IT Process Owners to design and implement standardized IT operational processes and contribute to the development of the procedural framework. Represent IT Governance in an advisory and support capacity within projects and committees, ensuring that IT governance, risk management, and compliance topics are properly considered and implemented.
- Contribute to accelerating the adoption and daily use of artificial intelligence within the IT Governance team.
Skills you will develop
- Knowledge of financial sector IT regulations in Europe, with a particular focus on France and Germany.
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks and IT/Cyber risk management practices Insight into IT department operations within the financial sector.
- Understanding of business activities within the financial industry.
- Awareness of the challenges and opportunities related to artificial intelligence within the Group’s information systems.
Required skills
- At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting and/or IT audit (IT audit, IT risk management, IT compliance, IT project management, business analysis, etc.), ideally within the financial sector.
- Knowledge of banking IT regulations in Europe, particularly in France and Germany.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IT/Cyber governance (including COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Strong understanding of IT organization, environment, and processes.
- Experience in drafting and designing IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and processes.
- Knowledge of dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, etc.) and in AI and automation technologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, RPA, BPA, etc.) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (ISACA, ITIL, ISO) are considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead topics effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, persuasive abilities, communication skills, and active listening.
- Fluency at a native or near-native level (C2 equivalent) in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Flexibility and availability to travel.
