Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Production Team Manager (f/m) to join our Final Assembly Line Tooling Management Laboratory department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing innovative small tooling distribution solutions. As part of the FAL LAB TMIP & Machining team, you will be involved in the design, deployment, and maintenance of smart trolleys aiming at optimizing production support on the A350 Final Assembly Line.

Your challenges:
- Lead and develop a 8-person production team while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage the deployment, retrofit, and maintenance (level 1 and level >2 follow-up) of smart trolleys on the A350 FAL.
- Schedule machining activities, oversee consumable stocks, and manage the activity budget.
- Coordinate key project interfaces between production sectors, IT teams, and external suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and integrate new digital technologies into shopfloor operations.
