RESPONSABLE D'EQUIPE COMPTABLE H/F

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 11 accounting professionals, ensuring effective day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, and achievement of collective objectives.
• Drive team growth by identifying each member’s strengths, supporting training paths, and addressing technical challenges.
• Serve as the client face for agricultural enterprises, providing high‑value advisory, managing a portfolio of clients, and acting as the company’s ambassador.
• Propose and champion process improvements and team‑cohesion initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Oversee the accounting and tax preparation of client files, advise on fiscal and social optimisation, and contribute to the commercial development of the firm.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background in a professional accounting setting (Bac+3/5).
• Basic management experience or natural leadership skills that can be further developed.
• Strong listening ability, sense of responsibility, and commitment to building both human and accounting expertise.
