The following describes the role of an Responsable d'Agence specialized in health and medical, focusing on leadership, commercial strategy and HR expertise to build an effective local market presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an agency active in the health/medical sector, acting as the chief orchestrator of commercial strategy, human leadership and HR expertise to transform the local market.
• Define and monitor commercial KPIs; adjust tactics in real time to convert data into outcomes and anticipate future challenges.
• Coordinate daily operations, align the team on objectives, share best practices and maintain motivation to achieve daily and long-term goals.
• Drive local business development through prospecting, partnerships with schools, associations and institutional partners to position Synergie as a key employment actor in the sector.
• Support recruitment activities and coach staff to develop their skills; ensure a high level of client and candidate satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative culture, ensure the agency operates with efficiency and impact on the economy and lives of candidates.

Qualifications

• Bac+2/5 in Commerce or Management (or equivalent).
• Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is preferred; proven ability to set direction and mobilize teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive, including prospecting and negotiating abilities.
• Natural leadership and willingness to coach others; proactive, innovative and able to act without waiting for instructions.
