Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines: Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the portfolio of clients and prospects in the Food & Pharma market.
- Ensure client satisfaction and profitability of the business volume realized.
- Plan and execute annual action plans in line with marketing and pricing strategies.
- Identify target customers, prospects, and competitive threats; record them in Salesforce.
- Deploy dedicated marketing campaigns in collaboration with cluster teams.
- Analyze offers and contracts to ensure compliance with commercial and credit policies.
- Secure signatures and contractual coverage of new clients.
- Maintain high level knowledge of the industrial sector and its technical applications.
- Manage the commercial portfolio of clients and products using Salesforce, scoring tools, and Sales BI.
- Ensure portfolio profitability and implement pricing plans.
- Propose value‑added offers to improve margins.
- Identify decision‑makers and influencers; ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with other sales channels to route clients via the appropriate channel.
- Plan visits, record outcomes, and coordinate follow‑up across channels.
- Support collections in partnership with the collections team.
- Prospect new clients and develop existing ones in coordination with marketing and development.
- Enter all contract information, lost business, and leads into Salesforce in a timely manner.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities and contracts.
- Maintain a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Optimize on‑site time and network to uncover new commercial opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms and secure client commitment through signatures.
- Coordinate with Contract Manager for offer reviews and traceability.
- Ensure client satisfaction through continuous commercial actions.
- Build trust with key contacts and address any dissatisfaction with support from the Customer Relations Department.
- Participate in crisis management when required.
- Select optimal communication methods with clients.
- Study lost contracts, analyse competitive threats, and shape appropriate actions with Sales Managers.
- Plan regular site or telephone visits and report results to Sales Manager.
- Assess regional expansion opportunities and economic trends.
Qualifications
- Academic: Licence (Bac +3) or Master (Bac +5).
- Experience: 2‑5 years in B2B sales within the agro‑alimentaire or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Keeps up‑to‑date with environmental regulations.
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, and document management systems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Interest in industrial processes and technologies.
- Customer‑satisfaction focus.
- Basic reading comprehension of English.
- Relationship‑building with decision‑makers.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings.
- High service‑orientation and analytical organization skills.
- Teamwork and network‑working capability.
- Enthusiasm, conquest spirit, pro‑activity, and initiative.

Additional Information
Location: Posted in Bagneux (92) – itinerant with travel; a driver’s licence (B) required. Commercial region: Paris metropolitan area and Marne department.
