Proxiserve is a major player in maintenance and renovation of residential and building assets, with more than 3000 employees in France. In the regional commercial team, supported by a commercial assistant, you will develop the turnover in the South‑East region by retaining existing clients and conquering new B2B markets.

Mission

Reporting to the Regional Direction, you will prospect targeted markets and clients, respond to tenders, manage contracts, develop and commercialise our offers, and ensure long‑term relationships with donors of orders.

Responsabilités

• Engineering the offer & writing (core of the role)
• Drafting the technical memo: you write methodologies, RSE commitments, and tailored technical solutions.
• Full management of tenders: from platform monitoring to final submission, you lead each step with absolute rigor.
• Differentiation argument: translate complex client needs into impactful and structured solutions.
• Development & prospecting: detect new opportunities, anticipate market renewals, identify decision circuits, and nurture your network of order‑givers.
• Active tender monitoring within your sector.
• Support and closing: draft tender responses, present sales, evaluate economic offers, negotiate with order‑givers, prepare activity reports with results analysis, and accompany operational teams.

Qualifications

Solid experience in B2B commercial with a strong appetite for the building trades and knowledge of public markets. You act as a business developer, can negotiate over long sales cycles, and establish solid partnerships. You are autonomous, curious, rigorous, results‑oriented, and you master IT tools. You hold a higher education degree Bac+4/5 (ESC or equivalent).

Compétences informatiques

Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Mobilité

Driver's licence B required, frequent travel in Charente Maritime, Loir Valley, and Brittany. Position based in St Herblain (44).

Package

• Annual base salary 50 000 € to 80 000 € gross over 13.3 months, including 20 % variable (result bonus not capped between 0 % and 20 % of base).
