Business Manager – Commercial Development

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Development, the Business Manager collaborates daily with the commercial team and other company units such as communication, marketing, and tech.

Responsibility includes developing commercial opportunities, increasing revenue, and advising clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads to build a sales pipeline and generate opportunities.
• Understand client needs and identify potential blockers such as decision makers, budget, and timing.
• Provide consultative advice, adapting offers and solutions to client requirements.
• Ensure technical clarification with clients for optimal offer alignment.
• Track client files and ensure their satisfaction to foster loyalty.
• Propose additional services or products (upsell and cross-sell).
• Guarantee revenue and margin growth within your scope.
• Prepare, support, and present complex technical offers in client meetings.
• Ensure data entry in the CRM in compliance with internal processes.
• Share ideas and best practices proactively with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma of MSc or MBA (or equivalent).
• Experience in sales roles.
• Strong commercial and selling techniques.
• Proficiency with digital sales tools, ideally HubSpot CRM.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking.
• Comfort with numbers and phone outreach.
• Ideally, an interest in RPS or mental health sector.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus variable component.
