Compensation & Benefits

• Salary fixed: €65.8k to €68k (13 months) + variable €16.5k

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3 market managers, developing capabilities and performance of 40 sales (18 agencies)
• Engage campaigns and training with Sales Tools Operator and assistant
• Active recruitment of network collaborators
• Follow integrations and support of new sales staff
• Contribute to the commercial action plan and allocation of objectives
• Ensure commercial development and quality service objectives via organization of training, sales schools, and support
• Control compliance of delegation and subscription rules
• Establish levers to guarantee synergy across commercial sectors, including professional and agricultural markets
• Animate success triangle with federation president and municipal mutual life manager; involve market managers
• Actively represent company at external events
• Participate and contribute to regional or national working groups

Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 higher education with experience in team management and commercial animation in banking/insurance
• Proficiency in animation, sales, and negotiation techniques
• Leadership, analytical mindset, conquest spirit, and service customer orientation
• Knowledge of national and regional regulations is desirable
