Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management within the Electronics industry
• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of semiconductors, PCBAs, passive components, connectors, electromechanical components, and power electronics
• Proven experience managing supply disruptions, shortages, and complex crisis situations
• Demonstrated track record in driving supplier innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to navigate complex international organizations and build effective cross-functional partnerships
• Experience working within a matrix environment and leading through influence rather than direct authority
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and results-oriented approach
• Resilient, agile, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
