Compensation

55/65k fixed + 10% variable.

Mission

• Contribute to the improvement of LISI's continuous improvement framework (methods, tools, training).
• Contribute to the collection and analysis of process data.
• Identify the most promising improvement projects (cost‑benefit analysis) and build progress plans for BG factories.
• Assist teams in selecting and using the most relevant LEAP tools.
• Lead strategic and/or complex projects (VSM, KAIZEN, 6σ…).
• Support LEAP coordinators in factories to conduct projects and training.
• Train stakeholders on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in continuous improvement (projects and training).
• Experience implementing large‑scale projects in an industrial environment.
• Position requires frequent travel (about 3 days a week) across our French sites.
