Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective communication with internal teams and customers.
- Managing customer interfaces and anticipating delivery schedule changes.
- Supporting new product launches from a logistics perspective.
- Importing customer orders and analyzing EDI data.
- Monitoring volume variations, handling customer complaints, and preparing the Master Production Schedule.
- Leading production reviews and coordinating transportation of finished goods.
- Tracking the external transport budget.
- Managing spare parts (purchasing, sales, deliveries).
- Communicating with customers, storage platforms, and carriers.
- Participating in weekly customer meetings and coordinating with logistics and finance.
- Applying Lear Corporation policies and implementing performance improvement actions.
- Reporting performance indicators and alerting management to risks or issues.
- Collaborating with all site departments and respecting safety, 5S, waste sorting, and PPE rules.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain.
- Experience in industrial logistics, automotive & JIT plant preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP / Proficiency in QAD & Microsoft Office.
- Problem‑solving and analysis (8D method, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
- Knowledge of customs regulations.
- ERP skills (SAP or QAD).
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written.
