Your role

As Resource Manager, you make sure our talent is never invisible. You connect the dots between project pipelines, available expertise, and growth potential — making Quariq sharper, faster, and better prepared for what’s next. You report directly to the CHRO and work as a key partner to the wider HR team, project leadership, and our Quariq Academy.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a robust bench management process — knowing who is available, when, and for what.
• Build and continuously evolve a skills matrix that creates real talent visibility across the organisation.
• Co‑design career pathing frameworks that make growth tangible for our people.
• Own staffing governance: the processes, the rituals, the discipline that keeps resourcing decisions sharp.
• Partner closely with L&D to align training priorities with real capability gaps and project demand.

What We Expect From You

• 5+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or a hybrid HR/operations role — preferably in consulting, engineering, or professional services.
• You read a project pipeline and a skills gap in the same breath — and you know what to do about both.
• Strong stakeholder management: you are credible at the table with senior leadership and trusted on the floor.
• Comfortable structuring ambiguity — and you are energised by that, not unsettled.
• Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus.
